Emma builds strong, professional relationships and partners with the business unit and staff to ensure that her audits add maximum value to the Department.

On joining the audit team Emma took the initiative and reviewed our auditing process and the structure of our audit reports with the changes she implemented leading to a consistent audit process and the completion of audits in an efficient and timely manner.

Her willingness to learn and to be professionally inquisitive, ensures that any recommendations she makes at the conclusion of an audit are well founded, objective and relevant as well as readily accepted and implemented.

Emma is persuasive, resilient and dedicated, with her positivity and work ethic assisting greatly in maintaining team morale. She recognises that an audit is an opportunity to not only assist a business unit in improving its operations but also to assist the Department in delivering its strategic plan.

Learning Services Northern Region

Chris is an extremely dedicated and hardworking IT specialist who regularly undertakes extra responsibilities and utilises his management skills to provide an
exceptionally high level of service to clients.

Chris’s organisational skills are demonstrated by his continual support and management of schools’ IT with their feedback indicating how impressed
they have been with his communication, work ethic and sheer volume of work completed in allocated times.

As the primary support for Flinders Island and Cape Barren Island schools, Chris faces a logistical challenge due to their remote location and limited time on site; however, he has provided high levels of support with ease and introduced new practices to improve the service to these sites.

Chris recently completed a Diploma of Management and has put the skills he has learnt into his day-to-day operations, including management and mentoring of other ITS staff and school-employed ICT trainees.
